How much does SUGARHOUSE928 charges for the shipping fee?
West Malaysia: RM6
East Malaysia: RM10
Your total shipping charge will be displayed as a line item under your subtotal during the checkout process. Any surcharges and tax will appear as separate line items. (Exclude furniture - charges RM150)
Shipping & Delivery
Can my parcel be delivered to an office address?
Yes. Your parcel can be delivered to an office address. Please enter the address along with your full name on delivery detail. (Send to a house address is recommended)
How long does delivery take?
For ready stock we will send out the product within 3-7 business days by PosLaju.
What if my billing and shipping addresses are different?
We have provided two sections which are billing detail & delivery detail.
What postal service does SUGARHOUSE928 use?
We use Airpak & PosLaju as our shipping couriers.
How do I check on my order, while I'm waiting for it to arrive?

Refund & Exchange
I received my order, but there was a problem with the item I purchased. Can I return my purchase?
Yes, you are able to return items as long as they meet the conditions of our return policy.

What if I find out any damage to the jewelry cabinet mirror, can I request for a change or refund?
We will pay back RM30 as compensation and you can go to any nearby shop to repair the mirror. Make sure you check the cabinet within 24 hours, SUGARHOUSE928 will not take any responsibility if you check your item after 24 hours.
Why was my returned goods rejected?
It might because you send your goods back to the warehouse without getting approve for a return, without enough information to proof that you are the one sending back the package, or, you return the goods beyond 7 days after receipt.

When you check your shopping cart, product marked with *** sign means this product is not available in desired quantity or not in stock.

How do I remove an item from my shopping cart?
Click the "remove" check box or click "view cart" and remove that item from your cart. You may also change the quantity of items to "0" (zero) to remove the item from your shopping cart.
How do I modify the quantity of a product in my shopping cart?
Click on "view cart" to see an itemized list of the products in your shopping cart. Change the quantity of the item and click "update button" to update the contents of your shopping cart.
